She speaks to and trains executives, students and educators internationally about the importance of workforce diversity, building social capital through volunteering and mentorship and inclusive leadership for better earning, working and living.
She entrepreneur and keynote-speaker running own culturally responsive consulting company ConnectUz in Helsinki, Finland. Born and raised in Karshi, Uzbekistan, I have studied and lived in the Nordics for the last 18 years.
